How do I order or at least calculate the cost of an event?
1	Select on the category you are interested in - for example 'Buffet - Seafood'.  The items from this category will load. Enter a quantity e.g. '4' in the "square. As soon as you add the quantity it will be added to your draft order. Repeat the process with any other desired items.
2	Select other services as necessary, eg add a waiter if required and appropriate.
3	Fill in your other details and send your DRAFT event details to us.  SENDING THIS DRAFT ORDER TO US DOES NOT OBLIGATE YOU or Business Bites to ANYTHING.
4	We will contact you and discuss your event to firm up details.
How much should I order?
Sandwiches	2 Sandwiches per head is normal
Buffet	4 selections - light meal, 5 selections - avg meal, 6 selections - substantive
Finger Food	4 selections - light, 5 selections - avg cocktail, 6-8 selections - meal replacement
